March 21, 2010 - 9:25 PM As announced earlier this week, carlton.skiltech.com is in the process of being migrated to a new server environment. The process should be completed with an hour or two, and outages will likely be sporadic. We apologize for the inconvenience.
January 15, 2010 - A previously unknown exploit on ashburn.skiltech.com has created a flood of data traffic hitting our firewall. That, in turn, has affected all of our servers at that particular datacenter. The problem has been isolated (as of 12 noon) and the system should remain stable going forward.
November 30, 2009 - 11:55AM - 1:15 PM ashburn.skiltech.com has not responded after a reboot. We're working to resolve it currently. All non-SSL sites were back up after a short time, and storefronts came back online at 1:15 PM. We aplogize for the inconvenience.

- 6:55 AM - Packet traffic generated by a compromised file overwhelmed the firewall and caused sporadic outages during the time period indicated. We've corrected the issue and don't anticipate further problems, but please let us know if outages re-appear.

- 4:35 PM - All servers were down due to a networking switch failure at our upstream provider's datacenter and was replaced. We apologize for the inconvenience.

- 9:35 PM - ennis.skiltech.com (mailing list server) was down after
the power supply failed. The supply was replaced and the unit is back online.
March 13, 2008 - 5:20 - 9:12 PM - All SkilTech servers were down due to a networking issue at our upstream provider. A networking switch at the datacenter failed and had to be replaced. We apologize for the inconvenience, but it was beyond our control.
